CAL LLUIS 1887, Sant Martí Sarroca, Barcelona (*). Una taberna centenaria en pleno Penedès. Su especialidad es la "cocina sin fogones": embutidos, fondue de quesos, patés, escabeches... De hecho, lo poco que cocinan (bravas, rabas) es lo menos conseguido (a excepción de los callos, que los bordan). Espectacular carta de vinos, con múltiples referencias a vinos de la zona y a precios más que aceptables. El trato, cercano y atento, es otra de sus virtudes. 2014
